The majority of students in South Los Angeles to not finish high school. ICEF Rugby is another sign pointing toward college and the world outside of South Los Angeles. We travel internationally every year and have been on 11 trips to date. Not only do we change our students hearts and minds, but we also change the way other people view people from South Los Angeles.
