As a global social impact, funder and capacity-building organization, safeguarding is fundamental to our mission. Accordingly, we work with partners to strengthen safeguarding practices and create safe, inclusive environments across our our programs, collaborations, events and campaigns.
With a commitment to promoting the safety, wellbeing, dignity and rights of children, young people and adults, our Master Safeguarding Policy sets out the standards, responsibilities and procedures that guide us. We also help our grantees and partners strengthen their own policies and practices by providing targeted safeguarding guidance and resources through initiatives such as our Community Portal.
We believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we expect all staff, consultants, trustees/board members, beneficiaries and partners to uphold strict safeguarding standards. If you have a concern relating to Beyond Sport, one of our projects, or a Beyond Sport-funded or supported program, partner, event, activity, staff member or representative, please report it as soon as possible via the methods below.
