Our partners at Ready Sport Global and Chiliz have a new opportunity for the Spanish speaking global sport for development community: the first of its kind certification in Spanish on Blockchain, Sport and Social Impact. It’s free and open to anyone interested in how technology can drive social change in sport including industry professionals, fans, students and enthusiasts.
Blockchain technology and Web3 are increasingly shaping the future of funding, governance and participation in sport. This certification is designed to bring the ever-evolving world of Web3 closer to organizations, professionals, students and activists working to generate positive change in and through sport.
What does the certification cover?
The online, self-paced certification consists of four modules introducing participants to the potential of blockchain technology to drive social impact in sport. The modules cover:
• An introduction to blockchain for social impact
• Crypto-philanthropy and innovative financing mechanisms
• Programming for the common good and regenerative crypto economy
• Practical applications of blockchain technology in sport
It also includes exclusive access to a series of live webinars with Spanish-speaking leaders in Web3, sport and social impact. The certification is available to November 30, with official certificates issued December 2025.

Una nueva oportunidad llega a la comunidad global de deporte para el desarrollo: la primera Certificación en español sobre Blockchain, Deporte e Impacto Social liderado por Chiliz y Ready Sport Global.
¿De qué trata la Certificación?
Esta certificación online y a tu ritmo está compuesta por cuatro módulos que introducen a las y los participantes en el potencial de la tecnología blockchain para impulsar el impacto social en el deporte:
- Introducción al blockchain con propósito social, donde abordaremos los conceptos básicos y el potencial de esta tecnología como motor de cambio social.
- Aplicaciones de blockchain para las personas y el planeta, centrados en su uso en la filantropía, mecanismos de financiación, gobernanza y el impulso de un enfoque conocido como “criptoeconomía regenerativa”.
- Blockchain en el deporte con enfoque social, donde integrarás todo lo aprendido y explorarás cómo las innovaciones blockchain pueden aplicarse para generar impacto social en el ámbito deportivo.

¿A quién está dirigida?
Está abierta a cualquier persona interesada en cómo la tecnología puede impulsar el cambio en el deporte: profesionales del sector, aficionados/as, estudiantes y defensores/as del impacto social.
¿Por qué es importante?
La tecnología blockchain y la Web3 están moldeando cada vez más el futuro de la financiación, la gobernanza y la participación en el deporte. Esta certificación busca democratizar el acceso al conocimiento, empoderar a las organizaciones comunitarias y tender puentes entre la tecnología emergente y el impacto real.
Así que nuestra primera iteración ha sido la inclusión lingüística y hacer todo lo posible para que todo nuestro contenido de aprendizaje esté disponible en español.
