More about The World Cup Project
The project will target 22 players from 22 disadvantaged communities around the world. It will use soccer as a tool to show how it can combat issues such as poverty, crime, and AIDS. Episode 1 will feature the story of player 1 and the task he or she to complete before they can move on to meet player 2 in country 2. The series will follow this format until we have 22 players in Brazil during the World Cup. They will then take part in a dream match 11 vs 11.
